From design, manufacturing and finishing to delivery, we can handle all your interior design projects. Our carpets are Category 1 or A and pass the FAR 25.853(a) flammability test.

Luxia has obtained several certifications and accreditations attesting to the quality, compliance and safety of its management methods and various products. We are able to meet and/or exceed the most stringent standards of the aerospace industry, including AS9100:C, AS9100:D, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO9001:2015, among others.

Millimeter-level cutting
We are equipped with CNC cutting tables that offer a remarkable degree of precision and an unlimited ability in adapting to carpet and upholstery configurations. Our optimized cutting technique limits waste, with the objective of reducing costs related to unused materials, thereby benefiting our customers as well as minimizing litter and respecting our environmental commitment.
Finishes
Luxia has developed a specialization in high quality finishing through its use of strong overwovens such as nylon and wool. Like our advanced cutting techniques, very clean finishes also count among the innovative techniques adopted on a large scale within the company to ensure a durable and beautiful product.
Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
Our facilities have the ability to produce the parts needed for your Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) periods, including protective items. Additionally, we specialize in Aircraft On Ground (AOG) support.
Inventory management and shipping
For orders placed on a regular basis, we can manage all supply chain processes, including production and inventory, and ensure the shipment of requested products according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Customization and industrialization
The vast experience of our professionals and craftspeople is at your service to study the floor covering needs of your different aircraft. From large surfaces to complex patterns, from custom finishes to special requirements, our staff will develop the necessary methods to solve industrial-size or private projects.
